One of our featured artists on the Last Laff Magazine Vol. 6 is Homey-G of 1219
Entertainment. He is a Miami based rap artist who makes buk music. Homey-G is best known in
South Florida for his lyrical fast flows and for being the lead member of the Dark Side Thugz.
We were given the chance to preview one of the street albums he is currently working on
intitled Da NeighborHood Star (Bak Wit A Vengeance). We were blown away by the deliverance
of his music. Each track on this cd has a different story to tell but what impress us the most is
how he is able to change the flow with each track he raps on. Something else we liked from
listening to cd are the features he has on it, he has tracks with Level, Billy Blue, Taydizm, 3re
Tha Hardaway and Piccalo just to name a few.Overall this is a cd we recommand that
everybody should have playing in their cars, Homey-G is definitely a force to be reckon with..

We got a copy of this album and no doubt it is amazing, with the hit single of "Like a Dream ft
Rocky Sandoval" which is playing on ESPN and it talks about an artist's struggle to make it in
the music industry. This album has already made plenty of buzz in Seattle, LA and the Bay.
